Technology network service for two hundred and fifty nationwide branches and administrative offices located in Caracas. During this project, Netser held the responsibility of administrating service for 12,000 pieces of equipment such as, but not limited to PCs, Servers, Scanners, Printers, Financial Printers, Switches and Routers that were dispersed amongst the branches and administrative offices.
The SLA consisted of the following: Project Management, Call Center, Nationwide Software and Hardware Field Service Support, Logistics (Storage, dispatch and administration) as well as IT Inventory Control. |
