Netser derived from the idea that we could offer Telecommunication and IT Services in all of Latin America and Caribbean region, providing both clients and manufacturers a single point of contact allowing them to minimize their operating costs.
In order to meet our objective, Netser embarked on this project by incorporating professionals within each region, with ample experience in Project Management, Sales and a Technical Service Team specialized in IT, alongside we integrated ITIL practices into our service department, placed a web enabled service monitoring system (SmartTrack) and made key alliances with many providers in the region.
